Our Services
We offer Full Architectural Services or tailored Partial Services, for example drafting plans for Town Planning or Detailed Construction drawings for a Building Permit or Tendering. At Dadirri we have the architectural experience to complete the job professionally, efficiently and realistically within the client's budget. We believe attention to detail is paramount and ensure the highest standard of accuracy within all our documentation.
We understand that every project, council, and client is different and we tailor our service to suit your needs, budget and design requirements. We also network and can provide quotes from our trusted consultants such as surveyors, builders, engineers and other consultants to help you in every stage of the building process saving you time and money.
How the Process Works
1. Free Consultation
We offer a free on site consultation or virtual consultation where the building process is explained and we get a better understanding of your needs and requirements. At this stage we also advise what potential subconsultants may be required such as Structural Engineers, Surveyors and Heritage Consultants.
Once project services and scope is defined we email a fee proposal, if accepted we then proceed to formalising our appointment through a Client Architect Agreement.
2. Concept and Schematic Design
We listen to your requirements and prepare a Concept/Schematic Design. Floor plan options to explore programming arrangement in response to your briefing. Sketches and visualisations to help illustrate the proposed design response. Proposed materials and finishes to capture the look and feel for the project.
3. Town Planning and Developed Design
IF required, by overlay or site requirements we prepare Town Planning drawings for local authorities approval in coordination with consultants to prepare preliminary working drawings which capture the scope of works. Prepare a schedule of finishes as well as fixtures and fittings.
4. Documentation and Certification
We prepare working/construction drawings inclusive of coordination with external consultants. Collate documents for building certification and Tendering.
5. Construction Management
Administer the building procurement between yourself and the appointed contractor. Organise regular meetings, keeping you up to date with progress on site. Respond to builder queries and provide direction in construction phase.
